Homemade Froyo Popsicles; 4 healthy Ways

With Summer in full swing here in Montreal, almost all my food cravings revolve around cold drinks and healthy snacks. My usual latte has been replaced with ice coffee and my smoothies have been swapped out for popsicles! Today, I’ll be sharing four of my favourite healthy popsicle recipes that make the perfect summer treat. These froyo popsicles really aren’t anything crazy innovative. I like to keep things very fresh and simple!

All you’re going to need are some fresh fruitsvanilla yogurt, and a little bit of milk of your choice! Pop your ingredients in a blender, pour the mixture into your popsicle moulds, and stick them in the freezer over night. It’s really that simple! There aren’t any rules in the kitchen, in my opinion, so feel free to really get creative with your ingredients.

Banana Mango

  • Chopped banana
  • Frozen mango
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Almond milk (to make blending a little easier)

Cherry Peach

  • Chopped peaches
  • Chopped cherries
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Vanilla extract
  • Almond milk

  • Peanut butter
  • Banana
